About Talent in Disabilities Foundation
Talent in Disabilities Foundation (TIDF) is a Nigerian nonprofit organization committed to promoting inclusion, empowerment, and visibility of persons with disabilities. We believe that disability does not limit talent. It reveals unique strength and creativity.
Our programs focus on talent discovery, capacity building, entrepreneurship, and public awareness to break barriers and reshape public perception of disability. Through partnerships with schools, creative industries, government agencies, and community organizations, we provide opportunities for persons with disabilities to express their abilities, gain economic independence, and inspire others.
At TIDF, we are building a society where diversity is embraced, and everyone regardless of ability has a fair chance to shine.

To empower persons with disabilities across Nigeria by discovering, developing, and showcasing their talents through education, skills training, and advocacy, fostering inclusion and equal participation in every sector of society.

Our Community: The individuals we serve face significant barriers to accessing education and employment; many live with disabilities, navigate extreme poverty, encounter accessibility challenges, or overcome other complex circumstances that have limited their opportunities.
